Kelley holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from Connecticut College and received a master’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Prior to joining the company, He had an 18-year tenure with Viejas Casino & Resort in?San Diego where he held numerous leadership positions, including five years as the property’s general manager.
